When can we expect delivery?

Delivery will be within four days from placing your order.

Can you deliver anywhere in South Africa?

Regretfully no. We can only deliver within the Cape Town area at this stage.

Will my delivery be on time?

To help us with timeous deliveries, please ensure that the delivery address you provide is as detailed as possible. Make sure the address includes the apartment no., building name, street number, street name and suburb. We do deliver after hours up to 8pm for the convenience of our customers.

What happens if the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery?

This problem should not arise as we will contact the recipient just before we deliver to make sure that someone is home. Please therefore ensure that you provide a contact number for the recipient.

Is it safe for me to provide my credit card details?

Will the gift be exactly the same as your picture?

Colour schemes of chocolates and ribbons may vary as we try to match up the colours to the gift. Also, certain gifts may vary according to availability but we can assure you that all gifts will be of the same high standard and quality as advertised.

Can we order directly from you without buying on the Internet and going through PayPal?

South African customers are encouraged to contact and order direct from us either by email or phone to receive a 10% discount off their order. Regretfully, we are unable to offer this saving to overseas customers as they are obliged to purchase through a Credit Merchant institution such as PayPal.

Do you have a returns policy?

You or the person taking delivery can immediately reject any items delivered. Please indicate your reason for rejecting the order on the delivery note. Should we be unable to resolve your concerns, we will credit the charges on your card.

Once delivery has been taken, we cannot accept any returns. Please ensure that you check the gift thoroughly before signing the delivery note.

Can we request a specific colour scheme, say, for a wedding gift, silver or golden anniversary?
